In numerous Psalms David states part of the very name of God disclosed to Moses (Exo. 34:6) ‘gracious and merciful, slow to anger; abounding in love… (Psa. 103:8; 145:8; 86:15; etc.) Did David learn the Name of God (HaShem Adonai Elohim…) from Moses? Noah (10th Gen.; received Covenant from God); Abraham (20th Gen; rec. Cov.); Moses (26th Gen; rec. Cov); David (33rd Gen; rec. Cov.). Jacob (son of Isaac; son of Abraham) was father of Levi (Moses was Levi’s great grandson; 4 gen.) and Judah (David was 10th generations of Judah).
