END TIMES: DEEPMIND and HIGH TECH CHIPS
Is it possible that in the future of the New World Order the global elites want to control us with internal chips? A 2016 headline article for The Guardian read ‘Forget the G7 summit – Bilderberg is where the big guns go.’ Heads of Nations and Global Corporations met recently after the G7 summit just miles away at another luxury hotel for the 64th Bilderberg Meeting. According to United Kingdom’s news source The Telegraph (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/10102168/Bilderberg-Group-No-conspiracy-just-the-most-influential-group-in-the-world.html), “Bilderberg Group? No conspiracy, just the most influential group in the world.” And among its primary ‘key topics for discussion’ in 2015 was ‘Artificial Intelligence,’ and ‘Cybersecurity;’ and for this year were ‘Cyber Security,’ and a significant report on ‘Technological innovation.’
Now Google Chief Executive Officer Eric Schmidt was first welcomed to the Bilderberg Group in 2009, and both Bilderberg (June 6-9, 2013) and Google (Zeitgeist conference: Zeitgeist means: ‘spirit of the time’) held summits at the Grove Hotel in Hertfordshire, London in 2013 – both followed by the G8 Summit in the United Kingdom, June 17, 2013. This 2016, Eric Schmidt (net worth: $ 11.4 billion; #36 on Forbes 400), has spoken at the Clinton Global Initiative on global technology and to Forbes about self-driving cars (a Google project), 3-D printed buildings and virtual reality in education, but it was at Bilderberg he his associate spoke about the DEEPMIND project.
BACKGROUND
Early 2014, Google made what the guardian called ‘its biggest EU purchase yet’ from the young computer whiz Demis Hassabis. Hassabis sold his artificial intelligence (AI) firm DeepMind to Google for around $650 million. Demis Hassabis (chess master at 13; second highest rated player in the world under age 14; neuroscientist, computer game designer and AI entrepreneur) co-founded (with Legg and Suleyman) DeepMind Technologies in 2010 in London. According to www.deepmind.com their mission is: “Solve intelligence. Use it to make the world a better place.” Hassabis stated it more transparently in MIT Technology Review (March 31, 2016), How Google Plans to Solve Artificial Intelligence, stating our Apollo program of artificial intelligence is aimed at ‘solving intelligence, and then using that to solve everything else.’ Of course AI can be great for all disciplines, but it is not without risk.
The problem is the program is like the atomic scientist during World War II, they understood the power of the atomic creation, but could not believe the use of its power. Google like the government during WWII, acquired and acquires the best science minds and projects and brings them into their control. Then we the people are subject to the power of their innovations and business elite connections. And it is possible that Eric Schmidt believes as he recently spoke in Seoul, South Korea concerning their subsidiary DeepMind, saying ‘advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning will make each and every other human being in the entire world, smarter, more capable, better human beings.’ WOW – ‘EVERY’ human will be a ‘better’ person – morally?
Nevertheless, even Stephen Hawking, said to BBC (BBC News; Dec. 2, 2014), “The development of full artificial intelligence could spell the end of the human race.” Professor Hawking warned against making artificial intelligence which surpasses human intelligence. And Rollo Carpenter of Cleverbot also stated as reported in the same article, ‘We cannot quite know what will happen if a machine exceeds our own intelligence, so we can’t know if we’ll be infinitely helped by it, or ignored by it and sidelined, or conceivably destroyed by it.’ And Elon Musk (worth $12 billion), founder of X.com (merged with PayPal), SolarCity, and SpaceX and product architect of Tesla Motors, said AI is “our biggest existential threat.”
Two of these reasons for the threat are that computers take over millions of human jobs; and that through AI hacking and damaging or changing other computer technology has and will cause substantial harms in the loss of personal identity, privacy, and military and or utility grid problems.
DEEPMIND at BILDERBERG
So what did Google share with the Prime Ministers, State Heads and Leading Corporate CEO’s at the 2015 and 2016 Bilderberg meetings? And who were some of the members present? What is DeepMind? And what are the future possibilities?
In addition to Demis Hassabis, director of Google’s DeepMind project; Sam Altam, of OpenAI; Reid Hoffman, of LinkedIn; Alex Karp, of Palantir (surveillance and data-mining); Peter Thiel (founder of PayPal, director of Facebook, key shareholder in DeepMind and Google); Thomas Enders of Airbus (military weapon sales); Craig Mundie, of Microsoft (Bill Gates has attended several past meetings); (Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon attended in 2011 and 2013; Amazon seriously into AI, robots and drones) Regina Dugan, of Google; and of course Eric Schmidt, Google’s chairman.
According www.deepmind.com they make ‘differentiable neural computers’ which is ‘a form of memory-augmented neural network… and show that it can learn to use its memory to answer questions about complex’ issues. They are already in the Health Industry.
Perhaps Schmidt told the power elites about Google’s self-driving future car, and that we can teach citizens to program in their desires – and of course, we the corporate elite will tell them what they desire. Nevertheless, it is said that Regina Dugan, Vice President of Engineering, Advanced Technology and Projects (ATAP) at Google, spoke on DeepMind.
Dugan was a top executive at DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) before joining Google. And of course the Defense Department is typically among the power elites best clients. At the D11 Conference in 2013, she spoke of Google’s possibly ‘least known but most promising’ DeepMind project.
At the D11 Conference Dugan stated, “the strategies that most companies employ for their breakthrough innovations is decades out of date. And it needs to be updated. It’s a World War II linear strategy that goes from basic research, to applied research, to productization and commercialization and we need to do it differently… we learned at DARPA… we take very inspired technically competent program leads and intersect big science with a driving application… to get a really bold initiative. …Let’s take identification… we have options on how we can do initiation better… such as you can wear on your skin; an electronic tattoo… but still some fundamental problems not solved… electronics are boxy and rigid; humans are curvy and soft… a mechanical mismatch problem. SO WHAT ARE FUTURE POSSIBILITIES: Artificial Intelligence 2017
There is absolutely no doubt that the giant Corporations and Government entities, represented at Bilderberg, as well as any that research technology in general – thus, all of them – will employ this technology. It will be welcomed by generation Xers and well soon found in ‘each and every’ place on earth; with nearly ‘each and every’ person Google wants to help make better.

But from an End Times, prophetic point of view, understand that time moving in a linear manner goes towards the tribulation and the end of the world. Whether Hawking and others are right about the possibility of AI destroying humans; it will most certainly be involved in the Antichrist’s administration.

Current RFIDs (radio frequency identification) tags, as long as two grains of rice and as think as a toothpick do not carry the range needed for worldwide citizen tracking. And through graphite electronic tattoos can be used as ‘the mark’ in Revelation 13:17 in which under the Antichrist’s 42 month administration no one on earth ‘could buy or sell unless they had the mark…’ it also does not carry the range for global tracking. However, the DeepMind chip or its successor, own, serviced and tracked by Google, who reaches the World, can be tracked worldwide – as long as the individual is in their home, vehicle or has their cellphone or computer with them.
Remember, the ‘end will come’ and tribulation (after the Temple is built in Jerusalem), but ‘immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened… and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man, our Lord Jesus Christ, will appear in heaven and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory (Matthew 24).’ We need to watch and pray; but understand that we are moving towards a conclusion of this world and an entering into the next in the Heavenly realms – one where we will not need AI, because the Holy Spirit of the Lord, the pure Spirit of Intelligence, Wisdom and Knowledge (Isa. 11:2) will be with us.
